Returns Guide
Dear Customer if:
A) you are a consumer or
B) you are a natural person and the contract you entered into with us after December 31, 2020 is directly related to your business activity, but is not professional in nature for you - as a rule, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded remotely. You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to us, e.g. by e-mail sent to the following address: citycode@citycode.pl
Return the returned item to us immediately to the following address: ul. Libelta 27, 61-707 Poznań, but no later than within 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins: for a contract in which we issue an item, being obliged to transfer its ownership - from the moment you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier take possession of the item, and in the case of a contract covering many items that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from the moment you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier take possession of the last item, batch or part.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement before it expires. We will return the payments you have made, including the costs of delivering the goods on the terms and conditions specified in the regulations, immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving your declaration of withdrawal from the contract. We may withhold the return of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of sending them back, depending on which event occurs first.
Remember that you do not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract, among others, in relation to a contract: in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to your specifications or intended to meet your individual needs; in which the subject of the service is an item that spoils quickly or has a short shelf life; in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery; where the subject of the provision are audio or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package has been opened after delivery.

Complaints If you are a consumer, in the event that the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to complain about it based on the warranty.
The complaint is best submitted to the e-mail address: citycode@citycode.pl or by post to the address ul. Libelta 27, 61-707 Poznań. The defective goods should be sent to the address: ul. Libelta 27, 61-707 Poznań In connection with the defect, you can request: replacement of the item with a defect-free one, removal of the defect, or submit a statement about: reduction of the price, withdrawal from the contract - in the case of a significant defect. We are liable to you for defects found before the expiry of two years from the date of delivery of the item - on the principles specified in the Civil Code. Your complaint will be considered (addressed) within 14 days of the date we receive your complaint.
