LOYALTY CLUB RULES

New Members joining our Loyalty Club Program have to be individuals of full legal age and full legal capacity.

You can join the City Code Loyalty Program only if you register in our online store and open a Customer Account at www.citycode.pl.

Participation in the Loyalty Program gives the Participant the following discounts, depending on the amount spent in the online store over a certain period of time. We distinguish the following discount thresholds:

 Threshold 1: 10% on products from the current collection (i.e., products not discounted) after exceeding the amount of 465€ spent in the online store.

 Threshold 2: 15% on products from the current collection (i.e., non-discounted products) after exceeding the amount of 700€ spent in the online store.

The granted discount is valid for 1 year. In order to keep the permanent discount, you need to sustain the same amount of purchases in the online store in the following year. In case of accumulation of a larger amount of purchases, the customer moves to the next discount threshold.

Discounts available under the City Code Loyalty Program do not combine with other promotions, actions, discounts or rebates, unless something else is stated in the regulations of the respective promotion/action/discount/rebate.

Each customer qualifying for a particular discount threshold will receive a personalized discount code via email, which they will be able to use each time they shop online.

In the case of return of a product for which loyalty points have been accrued under the City Code Loyalty Program, caused, in particular, by withdrawal from the contract of sale of the product concluded through the online store citycode.pl (distance sales) under the statutory right of the consumer to withdraw from the contract of sale concluded at a distance, or withdrawal from the contract of sale of the product on any other basis, the amount spent in the online store for this purchase will be deducted from the sum of purchases accumulated by the customer.

Each Member may at any time review the sum accumulated in the customer's account.

Any changes to the Loyalty Program will be published in the Loyalty Program Rules and each customer using the program will be informed by e-mail.
